TEN YEAR PRODUCT WARRANTY
Solatube International, Inc. provides a written warranty against product defects on parts, components and accessories. Your manufacture's warranty will be provided upon completion of each installation.
NATURAL HOME LITE'S WARRANTY
Residential client's of Natural Home Lite (NHL) can feel confident that the roof deck mounted products installed by NHL will perform without defects associated with the installation process. This includes the installations of all daylighting systems, traditional skylight flashing systems, attic fans and other products installed on the roof deck by Natural Home Lite. Each unit is professionally installed by factory-trained technicians who have completed the Installation Certification Program(s) provided by the manufacturer. As a result of this training and because we practice the "best skills" method of installation, you can be assured that each unit has been properly fastened to the roof deck and flashed according to the manufacture's specification. Therefore, Natural Home Lite extends a LIFETIME LIMITED WORKMANSHIP WARRANTY against leaks (water penetration) caused by or due to the installation work performed by Natural Home Lite for the life of the homeowner's existing shingle roof. The transfer of the workmanship warranty is automatic to the new owner's for as long as the original, asphalt roof shingle is in place on the existing roof deck. In the event of a new roof application, NHL will no longer warrant the flashing against water penetration. NHL cannot assume the responsibility for the loosening and re-attachment of the flashing material(s) and the re-roofing process of other contractors. Workmanship liability for all other roof types (other than residential asphalt shingles) including commercial applications with metal standing seams, TPO products, custom curbing applications, etc. are therefore warranted against water penetration for a period of three years.
NATURAL HOME LITE'S EXTENDED WARRANTY
Natural Home Lite offers an EXTENDED ROOF FLASHING WARRANTY for each flashing unit installed by a NHL technician. The agreement must be purchased at time of the installation of the original product. When purchased, the agreement obligates NHL to examine the new roof application to assure the leak-proof performance of the original installed products by NHL. In the event the homeowner purchases a new shingle roof, NHL will, within 30 days after the installation of the new roof, perform a field inspection of the warranted product(s). NHL will make, if needed, any adjustments to assure maximum performance of the product(s). To assure proper EXTENDED ROOF FLASHING WARRANTY scheduling, the homeowner agrees to notify NATURAL HOME LITE thirty days prior to the installation of the new asphalt shingle roof. In the event of a change of property ownership, the EXTENDED ROOF FLASHING WARRANTY automatically transfers to the new owner(s).
