TEN YEAR PRODUCT WARRANTY
Solatube International provides a written warranty against manufacture's defects on the Solatube Daylighting System and accessories. The product warranty is provided upon completion of each installation.

LIFETIME LIMITED WORKMANSHIP WARRANTY
Clients of Natural Home Lite (NHL) can feel confident that the Solatube Daylighting System(s) will perform without defects associated with installation. Each Solatube Daylighting System is professionally installed by factory-trained technicians who have completed the Installation Certification Program provided by Solatube International. As a result of this training and because we practice the "best skills" method of installation, you can be assured that each Solatube has been properly fastened to your roof. Therefore, Natural Home Lite extends a LIFETIME LIMITED WORKMANSHIP WARRANTY against leaks (water penetration) caused by the installation of the Solatube Product(s) for the life of the homeowner's existing shingle roof. In the event of a new roof application, NHL will no longer warrant the Solatube Product(s) from installation defects. NHL cannot and does not assume the responsibility for the loosening and reattachment of the Solatube Product during the re-roofing process.
Workmanship for all other roof types other than shingle and commercial applications is warranted for a period three years from the date of installation.

EXTENDED ROOF SERVICE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT
Natural Home Lite offers an EXTENDED ROOF SERVICE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT for each Solatube Daylighting System purchased and installed by a NHL technician. This warranty applies to the roof-mounted, boot flashing system. If, in the event the homeowner purchases a new shingle roof, NHL will, within 30 days after the installation of the new roof, perform a field inspection of the warranted product(s). NHL will make, if needed, adjustments in the Solatube Daylighting System(s) to assure proper re-fastening to the new roof. Hemisphere alignment will be checked and, if needed, adjustments made to assure maximum daylighting performance. To insure proper ROOF SERVICE MAINTENANCE scheduling, the homeowner agrees to notify NHL 30 days prior to the installation of the new roof.
